Motion: I make a motion to approve the Minutes from the Board of Selectmen meeting on December 11, 2023
DRAFT 2024 WARRANT ARTICLES -
Library - we have one child librarian, has offered increased services and is attracting more participants need to offer more sessions due to parking limitations
Increase afterschool activities for older children
Allow librarian to participate in other Town Activities and make school visits
Also use of Pavilion - increased services
Motion to add:
Article 13 EASEMENT
To see if the town will vote to authorize the sale of an access easement to Public Service Company of New Hampshire, doing business as Eversource Energy, across the property located at 13.5 Brickyard Drive (Tax Map 9, Lot 42) under such terms and conditions as the Selectboard deems appropriate.
Car- 2023 at $39,656 plus 27K in Fit UP costs = $67,000 Need Motion to trade 2017 Ford for $3,000
Recreation - Building Repairs
Contract $13,000.00 - $9000 paid to date Work will be done this month
Community Power Plan - Set Default rate
TOWN ADMINISTRATOR REPORT
Town Hall will be open until 4 pm on 12/22. Staff is invited to a holiday lunch during normal business hours - no service impact

Notice of Regional Impact received from Hudson - Garage proposed for 77 Central Street Hudson (see Below)
Monday, December 18th - Order no 26,914 was filed suspending proposed tariffs and requiring Pennichuck to respond. December 15th the NH DOE filed a motion to dismiss Pennichuck's petition for rate relief in challenging the legality of three legally separate utilities to have a single rate case. The Town of Litchfield is filing for invention in this case. The Town of Bedford has as well.
January 9th, (Tuesday) is the last day for voters to pettition the Select Board in include a warrant article in the town meeting warrant. If the article requires a bond the deadline is Friday, January 5th.
