Approval of Lease with Tax Exempt Financing Corp.
I make a motion to approve the Lease for the International Plow Truck approved at March 2024 Town meeting in the total amount of $171,857.82 . The first payment in July 2024 will come from the Unassigned Fund Balance. Remaining five payments to be included in the Highway budget at an amount of $28,642.97 for years 2025-2029.

TOWN ADMINISTRATOR REPORT
Asphalt (Clean) - free, brick and concrete can be mixed $20./ton, rebar $30.00/ton the Transfer station has accepted and used Highway labor and trucks to transport but it has been mixed. Going forward we will ask residents to go to Continental directly for these items. There is no budget in the Solid Waste for these items, we have paid from the Recycling Revolving Fund. Update - Continental Gravel Pit is not open on Saturdays
