2023 Committee Appointment Form - Library Trustee Alternate Alan Sandler (1).pdf

The Board of Trustees voted to recommend Alan Sandler to the BOS for appointment as a Trustee Alternate. 

Motion:  I make a motion to appoint Alan Sandler to the Board of Library Trustees as an Alternate member.

Discussion :  Library Director Vicki Varick  and Trustees Chairman Donna Ferguson - Pavillion /ARPA funds

Motion:   I make a motion to approve the purchase and installation of the Town and Police Seals on the Town Hall Building as shown.  Total expense $500.00

Additionally - Mr. Mellen has made window boxes in Hunter green for front windows and fresh gravel will be placed underneath by Highway.  Obtaining quotes on pressure washing of building.
