Fishing Derby

Matt Lepore will provide an update on the Fishing Derby sponsored by Recreation and Conservation this year.

Old Town Hall Parking Lot

Jayson Brennen is working with the Historical Society and a local contractor to increase green space at the old town hall. The proposal is to remove the old handicap ramp and construct a new one behind the building. In addition remove pavement in the areas marked with red X and plant grass.

Lease Agreement

Property is leased to McQuesten Farm on an annual basis $1,000 per year. Selectmen can only lease property for 12 months/ 1 year. Multi year lease agreements require voter approval.
