PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Acceptance of Grant Funds
Pursuant to RSA 31:95-b, the Litchfield Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Town Office Meeting Room, 2 Liberty Way, Litchfield, NH to discuss acceptance of an AARP Community Challenge Grant in the amount of $10,150. The funds from the grant will be used to install a dock at Darrah Pond. The project is managed by the Litchfield Recreation Commission. Private Donation
Pursuant to RSA 31:95-b, acceptance of donated work and materials from Continental Paving in the amount of approx $35,000 of asphalt used in the repair of Albuquerque Ave. from Bristol to Simeon Lane. They would like to use a new piece of equipment at no cost to the Town This is a section of road already scheduled for repair in 2025.

During the House’s final vote for the amended bill on Thursday evening, not a single voice was heard in opposition. This amended version will go to Senate at their session this Thursday (6/12).
