Penichuck Rate Explanation 5-23-22

Pennichuck rate increase. Can we as a town have an update? Two fold, high cost, poor quality. Why? Whose working hard on this issue ? Many pay over 100.00 per month for water, and this is one of the major issues in town. Something has to be done. Thank you.

**Pennichuck Rate Increase Approved in February - On February 18, 2022, the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission approved a permanent rate increase of 16.79%. That puts the typical meter fee at $22.56 and then $9.50 per unit (748 gallons). By comparison, Hudson has a $10.69 meter fee and charges $3.30 per unit. Manchester is $1.69 per unit.
