MOTION:  I make a motion to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2023 Board of Selectmen Minutes.

APPROVAL OF ABATEMENT:


MOTION:  I make a motion to approve the Abatement  received from the State of NH in the amount of $332.72 on the property located at Map 01, Lot 91.  This is due to the property now longer having a taxable lease.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:   I make a motion to approve the agreement for sale of Real Estate at Auction with Paul McInnis LLC.

2023 Warrant Articles FINAL

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Due to the language change requested by the Department of Revenue , I make a motion to approve Article 6 - Fire Engine Purchase with the new language "Shall the Town vote to raise and appropriate".  These funds of $656,899 will still come from American Rescue Plan Act  money (ARPA)

MOTION:  I make a motion to approve the use of Impact Fees in the amount of $52,148.00 for the LMS Middle School municipal lease.

As a result of the Town's of Litchfield's RFQ - the team has chosen CEI as the contractor to move forward.  Next Steps include: Pre-approval of engineering scope/contract and authority to accept grant funds (Litchfield’s  BOS responsibility)Submit final application by March 1st
