APPROVAL OF ABATEMENT:
MOTION: I make a motion to approve the Abatement received from the State of NH in the amount of $332.72 on the property located at Map 01, Lot 91. This is due to the property now longer having a taxable lease.
Auction Proposal for Property at 25 Courtland Ave.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: I make a motion to approve the agreement for sale of Real Estate at Auction with Paul McInnis LLC.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Due to the language change requested by the Department of Revenue , I make a motion to approve Article 6 - Fire Engine Purchase with the new language "Shall the Town vote to raise and appropriate". These funds of $656,899 will still come from American Rescue Plan Act money (ARPA)
This request has been reviewed by Legal Counsel.
MOTION: I make a motion to approve the use of Impact Fees in the amount of $52,148.00 for the LMS Middle School municipal lease.
As a result of the Town's of Litchfield's RFQ - the team has chosen CEI as the contractor to move forward. Next Steps include: Pre-approval of engineering scope/contract and authority to accept grant funds (Litchfield’s BOS responsibility) . Submit final application by March 1st
For Informational Only - State of NH Dept. of Energy has approved a permit for Eversource to replace structure Accross the Merrimack River.
The Planning Board will hold a Work Session on March 21st and discuss the study.

I volunteered to assist NRPC and the TTAC committee on the review and scoring of projects submitted for the 2025-2028 CMAQ (Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality) grants. We have 6 projects summitted from area communities.
