The Board discussed improving the review and correction process for draft meeting minutes before formal meetings. Mr. Brunelle mentioned that issues could be addressed in advance, after Town Hall posts the minutes. This would allow the Board members to comment directly and enable the minute taker to review, evaluate, and update the content before final consideration.
Ms. Kleiner noted that draft minutes must be posted within five days in accordance with statutory requirements.
The Board tabled the meeting minutes until the next meeting.
