AGENDA BUSINESS:

          Motion by Selectmen Brunelle, second by Selectmen Gannon to waive 16 hours of minimum   earned time usage and allow Buyout of earned time up to 16 hours for Selectmen                                            Assistant.

Motion carried 5,0,0.


Motion by Selectmen Lynch, second by Selectmen Brunelle to change Town Hall hours, beginning January 1st, 2025 to the following:

Monday, 7:30 am - 6 pm; Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm;

Friday 7:30 am - 12:00 pm (noon) for a trial period of six months, contingent on the feedback from the community and staff.  Change in hours to be communicated to the community in all methods possible including signage at Town Hall and Transfer Station.

Motion carried 3,2,0.


Motion by Selectmen Brunelle, second by Selectmen Gannon to allow Town Clerk Part-time clerks to change to:  one employee for 34 hours and one employee for 20 hours.  Additionally, to add up to $8,233.92 in additional benefit costs in the 2025 budget for the position over 30 hours per the Personnel policy.

6. Acceptance of a Donation from the residents of Litchfield to the Recreation Revolving Fund, and further to be  earmarked - Spirit of Litchfield events.  Motion to use $3,000 of said donation for the payment of the Fireworks contract.

7.  Approval of Abatement of Taxes  $8,653.00 - Map 14, Lot 39 , 20 Locke Mill Drive .  Tax Deeded property as of 4/22/24. Will be marked exempt for 2025.


Motion: I make a motion to approve the abatement for Map 14, Lot 39 , 20 Locke Mill Drive in the amount of $8,653.00.

 




8.    2024-2025 of Hawker-Peddler License for Jill Belben,  DBA Ice Cream Emergency . Address - Salem, NH

Background check and State Food license have been verified.  Internally approved for December 7th Litchfield event.

Motion: I make a motion to approve the2024-2025 of Hawker-Peddler License for Jill Belben,  DBA Ice Cream Emergency of Salem, NH.


 9. Warrant Article Draft Discussion/ 2025 Budget Updates 

 11/21/2024  - Budget Committee Update motion passed for $25,000 cut to Police overtime =
